The perfect 25% field--great overall location and generally safe from houses, but poor grass, poor dirt, way-too-close backstop, cramped dugouts and soccer population (two large goalposts are halfway up the LF foul line) make this field nothing more than a 2nd or 3rd choice. The league has not gotten the boot from this yard despite ongoing baseball games next door (hitters have even dropped balls on their LF during games!). If there was some way to take the excess grass from Goodson and plant it here, and scare off the soccer players this field would rank higher on BAB's option list, but as it stands now there's no way it will be a first choice.
